Cancelling your subscription

Solution Cancelling your membership is a simple process all you need to do is follow the below steps and we will cancel your subscription

1. Log into your member area at http://member.needsfocused.com/login.php and locate the link that says 'Subscription Cancellation Request'

2. This will open your default email program and pre-populate it with the correct email address etc. Please refrain from adding any further information at this point.

3. Shortly after sending the email you will recieve a automated response back asking you to confirm your request to cancel. Please forward that email to the address provided in the email message. You can add any further information you want at this point.

4. We will action your request to cancel within 24hrs although you will still recieve resources upto the end of the billing period.

************IMPORTANT************
You must ensure that you forward the second email to the correct address otherwise we will not cancel your subscription, also ensure you have recieved the automated response, add the domain *.needsfocused.com into your email whitelist to ensure you recieve the emails.

Please note if you fail to follow these instructions and we do not recieve the confirmation of cancelation request we will not cancel your subscription and you will continue to be billed - We WILL NOT refund any subscriptions.
