This is a fun event with a very serious and important objective... to create absolute CONSISTENCY within teams of teachers.

Perhaps the biggest hurdle facing any school or college in terms of dealing with behaviour issues is how to create real consistency in the way staff respond to incidents and uphold school policies. Consistency is the foundation of successful school-wide classroom management and  results in a climate of reliability, safety and effectiveness which is of clear benefit to both staff and pupils alike. This course has been specifically created to broach this crucial issue bring new levels of communication, trust and support and enable teachers to work together.
 

Suitability: This course is available as an INSET day for schools and colleges. Taster sessions run throughout the year suitable for middle and senior management to assess suitability for INSET and take strategies back to their establishment.
